1. Booking Policy

• All bookings (tour, hotel, flight, train, tempo, car) are subject to availability
• Booking confirmation will be given after advance payment
• Prices may change without prior notice

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to confirm any booking
• Full payment must be completed before travel date
• GST or extra charges may apply if required

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation charges depend on service type (flight, hotel, tour etc.)
• Refunds will be processed as per vendor policies
• Some bookings may be non-refundable

4. Travel Responsibility

• Airlines, hotels, and transport providers are responsible for their services
• We act only as a travel booking facilitator
• Delays or issues caused by third-party services are not our responsibility

5. Changes in Travel Plan

• Company may change itinerary due to weather, rules, or emergencies
• Alternative arrangements will be provided if possible

6. User Responsibilities

• Valid ID proof is required for all bookings
• Customers must follow travel rules and guidelines
• Misuse of services may lead to cancellation

7. Acceptance of Terms

• All disputes will be handled under applicable law
